Event: QIGONG EXERCISE CLASSES

Description: Suitable for all ages & abilities. Qigong (chi gung) increases your energy and improves your health. This gentle type of exercisehas been practised in china for over 2000 years. Start by learning Balancing Gong, developed by Master Michael Tse, which is good for the spine and joints, as wll as increasing energy levels and helping you to relax. Join the class any week.

Event: COVENTRY CHA RAMBLING CLUB

Description: For details of the Walks Programme click on the underlined heading (link)above Sunday Walks - we meet at the layby at the Swimming Baths in Fairfax Street, Coventry, & set off to some lovely destination within 80 miles of Coventry. Walks are usually about 10 miles. There is a pub stop at lunchtime to quench the thirst, as well as a coffee break during the morning & afternoon. Members bring their own food & drinks. Saturday Walks are very popular with ramblers who prefer to do only about 4 or 5 miles. These walks are usually held in the West Midlands or Warwickshire Counties, Travel passes can often be used on local buses and trains.
